Professional And Experienced Litigator

Perry H. Kong

Perry H. Kong is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Perry H. Kong. He is dedicated to fighting for individuals injured due to the negligence of others.

Before founding the firm, Perry gained experience on both sides of personal injury litigation. He was an associate attorney for two prominent plaintiff-side law firms in Manhattan, where he helped injured clients recover significant settlements across a wide range of injury cases. On the defense side, he served as in-house counsel for a multinational insurance company, defending claims and working closely with adjusters and examiners. Besides working in-house, Perry was also an associate attorney at a respected defense boutique in Manhattan, representing small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

This diverse background gives Perry a strategic edge: he understands how insurers and large companies think, how they evaluate claims, and what it takes to hold them accountable to obtain a just and fair settlement figure.

Perry earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School and graduated with honors from Baruch College (CUNY), where he won his major’s capstone competition. While in law school, he interned in the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in addition to receiving a Public Service Award for all of his pro bono work.

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

“I started this firm to level the playing field for injury victims — because insurance companies don’t fight fair.”
