Professional And Experienced Litigator
Perry H. Kong
Perry H. Kong is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Perry H. Kong. He is dedicated to fighting for his clients’ rights and interests, whether it is obtaining full compensation in personal injury cases or resolving disputes in family law or other civil matters.
Before founding the firm, Perry gained experience on both sides of litigation. He was an associate attorney for two prominent plaintiff-side law firms in Manhattan, where he helped injured clients recover significant settlements across a wide range of injury cases. On the defense side, he served as in-house counsel for a multinational insurance company, defending claims and working closely with adjusters and examiners. He also practiced at a respected defense boutique in Manhattan, representing small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
This diverse background gives Perry a balanced perspective and a strategic edge. He understands how insurers, corporations, and opposing counsel evaluate claims and negotiate disputes, which lets him anticipate challenges and build stronger cases. His approach is practical, thorough, and results-driven, with full readiness to litigate as necessary.
Perry earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Brooklyn Law School and graduated with honors from Baruch College (CUNY), where he won his major’s capstone competition. While in law school, he interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in addition to receiving a Public Service Award for his various pro bono work.
He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
“My goal is simple: deliver results that reflect the work, the facts, and the fight behind them.”
